Q. How do I get started with your firm?

A. It's best to contact our office and set up an initial consultation.  There is no charge for the first meeting and it typically takes an hour and a half.  The meeting gives us a chance to get to know one another.  We are specifically interested in understanding your current concerns, so we can evaluate how to proceed.

Q. How often do you perform the bookkeeping?

A. It depends on your needs.  Individuals and new businesses with few transactions may only need monthly services, while more established businesses may need weekly services.  Your frequency will be determined during the initial consultation.  We also do a number of short-term projects such as accounting set-ups and clean-ups.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. The cost dependens on the amount of activity, the number of services, and the level of service you need.  We offer both fixed monthly rates and hourly rates.  Because costs can vary widely, your monthly fees will be discussed during the initial consultation.
